HMG AESTHETICS & WELLNESS
At HMG, we’re proud to offer a range of services to help you look and feel your best. Our team provides Botox® Cosmetic injections to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, aesthetic sclerotherapy to treat unwanted spider veins, and comprehensive women’s health and hormone evaluation and treatment to support optimal wellness at every stage of life. Women’s health and hormone visits are billable to insurance, while Botox® and sclerotherapy are offered as cash-pay services.

We’re pleased to announce that we now offer Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) services for our Medicare patients through our partner, BlueFish Medical.
BlueFish Medical is a full-service health-care solutions company that helps practices deliver comprehensive care coordination and management for Medicare beneficiaries—including creation of individualized care plans, monitoring of chronic conditions, and streamlined billing. As part of this service, BlueFish Medical provides our patients with 24/7 access to a nurse line, so patients can reach a qualified nurse at any time for guidance. This means that as a Medicare patient you’ll benefit from extra support between visits, enhanced care coordination, and efficient coverage that helps you stay on top of your health with confidence.

MEET DR. RANDY TURNER
Dr. Turner grew up in Fort Payne, Alabama. He completed his Undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering in 2007 at Auburn University. He worked for several years as a Mechanical Engineer.
In 2011 he knew he wanted to serve people in a different way, so he started back to school. Dr Turner went on to complete his Medical Degree from UAB in 2017. He chose Family Medicine as a specialty and began residency with UAB Huntsville Family Medicine Residency Program. He completed his residency training in 2020 and moved to Cullman, AL to serve the wonderful people there.
Around 2022 it occurred to him that primary care should be better and patients deserve good Primary Care no matter where they live. So, Hometown Medical Group was established.
Leigha Lentini, CRNP
Leigha was born and raised in Cullman, Alabama, and is a proud graduate of Good Hope High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2016 and went on to spend five years at UAB Hospital, where she gained extensive experience in the Neurosciences ICU and PACT Clinic.
In 2022, Leigha completed her Master of Science in Nursing through Troy University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program and became certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical background includes primary care, urgent care, occupational medicine, and medical aesthetics.
Leigha is passionate about serving her hometown community through her work at Hometown Medical Group. As both a provider and the Director of Clinical Operations, she takes pride in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to the families she grew up with and the community she loves.
Rebekah Taylor
Rebekah Taylor is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
Rebekah has a special interest in women’s health and hormone optimization and is passionate about helping women feel their best at every stage of life. She is a certified pelvic health clinician and an active member of The Menopause Society, where she continues to expand her expertise in evidence-based care for perimenopause and menopause management.
Since joining Hometown Medical Group, Rebekah has become a trusted provider within the Cullman community, known for her compassionate approach and dedication to empowering women through personalized, holistic care.
