By opting in to receive SMS messages from HOMETOWN MEDICAL GROUP Products (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your request has been processed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
